HOUSE RULES & GUEST GUIDELINES

Dear Guest, welcome to Perledo Paradise!

We are dedicated to offering you a comfortable, serene, and memorable stay. We kindly ask you to review these simple guidelines to ensure mutual respect, safety, and the proper care of our spaces.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

  • Standard Check-out: By 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

2. Extra Amenities & Laundry

  • Extra Towel Service: Should you need an additional set of towels beyond the standard setup, an extra charge of €10.00 per set applies.

  • Self-Service Laundry:

    • A dedicated self-service laundry facility is available on site for a fee.

    • Access to the laundry room is provided via electronic keycard / digital pass.

    • Please keep the area clean and tidy after use, and promptly collect your belongings once wash and dry cycles are complete.

3. Pet Policy

Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed, provided that the following house rules are respected:

  • Advance Notice: Please declare the presence of your pet when making your reservation.

  • Room Sanitization Fee: To ensure high hygiene standards, a one-off sanitization fee of €30.00 per stay applies (including single-night stays).

  • Care of Furniture & Linens: Pets are strictly not permitted on beds, sofas, or armchairs. The residence’s towels and linens must not be used for pet grooming or drying.

  • Common Areas: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times across all shared and outdoor areas. They must not be left unattended in guest rooms or public spaces.

4. Dress Code & General Decorum

  • Respectful Attire: Nudity or indecent clothing is strictly prohibited in hallways, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate, respectful attire when using any shared spaces.

5. Non-Smoking Policy

  • 100% Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all guest rooms and indoor common areas. This rule applies to traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vapes), and heated tobacco products.

6. Quiet Hours & Community Consideration

  • Rest Hours & TV Volume: Please keep noise to a considerate level and regulate TV/audio volume, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the rest and comfort of other guests.
